Reporting to the Assistant Director of Pharmacy Operations this role oversees business operations across all ambulatory pharmacy sites. Responsibilities include staffing coordination scheduling hiring inventory and FTE management and budget performance improvement. This position directly supervises centralized pharmacy technicians and works closely with site leaders clinical managers and central services teams to ensure efficient and consistent operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary Range: Minimum$31.94/hour - Maximum$57.94/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
