This is a key leadership role and a rare opportunity to join a growing organization at the ground level. As Associate Center Director youll work closely with the Center Director (and owner/operator) to lead day-to-day operations while building deep meaningful relationships with families. Most importantly youll learn how to run a Sylvan centerwith a clear path to promotion and the chance to lead a center of your own.

Drive enrollment: Confidently lead family consultations guide them toward the right program and ask for the enrollment with clarity and care.
Build trust with families: Follow up with warmth answer concerns with honesty and make every parent feel like a valued partner in their childs success.
Execute local marketing: Help implement proven outreach strategies to grow awareness and referrals.
Deliver platinum-level service: Keep families engaged by providing personal updates progress reports and consistent communication.
Own performance metrics: Support the Center Director in managing revenue expenses and collections while spotting areas for growth.
Support your team: Assist in training and motivating instructors to ensure quality instruction and team cohesion.
Grow professional relationships: Strengthen connections with local teachers school administrators and parent groups to build community partnerships.
A bachelors degree (required).
23 years of sales marketing or customer-facing experience.
A strong sales mindset: Youre comfortable guiding conversations handling objections and confidently presenting solutions.
A passion for education and making a difference in families lives.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organizational skills and a desire to take ownership.
Availability to work MondayThursday 10:00 am6:30 pm and Saturday 9:30 am1:30 pm.
Competitive pay: $25-$27/hour ($50000$55000 annually) with performance-based bonuses
