This role sits within our SingleView team where we deliver mission-critical billing solutions to major global clients. As a Senior Manager Software Development youll lead a team of engineers and testers while also functioning as a Scrum Master owning end-to-end technical delivery for large-scale implementations. Youll be instrumental in driving agile ceremonies coaching team maturity and ensuring our solutions meet enterprise quality standards.

We are looking for a Senior Manager Software Development who will:

• Lead a high-performing team of developers and testers managing delivery mentoring talent and driving accountability.

• Act as Scrum Master for the team guiding agile ceremonies facilitating planning and retrospectives and ensuring continuous improvement.

• Own planning estimation and execution of complex technical solutions across the full development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with RTEs Scrum Masters and Product Owners to meet delivery timelines and maintain software quality.

• Identify technical skill gaps and promote knowledge sharing to elevate team capability.

• Influence team culture encourage self-organization and foster decision-making confidence within the team.

• Drive feedback and improvement through retrospectives with a focus on operational excellence and team growth.

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• 10 years of software development and technical leadership experience including managing cross-functional teams.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SingleView billing or implementation projects.

• Deep experience in full stack development using .NET Core C# Angular JavaScript and PostgreSQL.

• Strong understanding of design patterns (Singleton Factory Repository) and SOLID principles.

• Skilled in troubleshooting code review and hands-on development when needed.

• Comfortable working with cloud technologies particularly AWS.

• Familiar with data migration processes large-scale transformation work and Unix-based systems.
