Job Description

Bishop Foley Catholic High School in Madison Heights Michigan seeks an Assistant Coach for the Boys Varsity Lacrosse program. The coach must have a desire to transform and shape the lives of student-athletes in a positive manner in line with the mission of Bishop Foley Catholic High School.
Essential Tasks:
  • Assist in building a coaching staff/Scheduling games
  • Player development
  • Off-season and in-season workouts
  • Developing game and practice plans
  • Film study and/or mechanical correction
  • Scouting
  • Equipment handout and return
  • Maintain field/game day prep
  • Player Promotion
  • Continuing education
  • Attending BFCs annual open house
  • Running a summer camp
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • MHSAA CAP level 1 or 2 certification
  • Protecting Gods Children training through AOD
  • Member of MHSLCA (MI-LAX Coaching Association) preferred but not required
  • Current CPR certification and background check.
  • Salary dependent on qualifications.
  • Previous Varsity-Level coaching preferred but not required.
