Job Description
- Assist in building a coaching staff/Scheduling games
- Player development
- Off-season and in-season workouts
- Developing game and practice plans
- Film study and/or mechanical correction
- Scouting
- Equipment handout and return
- Maintain field/game day prep
- Player Promotion
- Continuing education
- Attending BFCs annual open house
- Running a summer camp
- MHSAA CAP level 1 or 2 certification
- Protecting Gods Children training through AOD
- Member of MHSLCA (MI-LAX Coaching Association) preferred but not required
- Current CPR certification and background check.
- Salary dependent on qualifications.
- Previous Varsity-Level coaching preferred but not required.
