Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and motivatedVisual Media Designerto join our dynamic team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment contributing to real-world aVisual Media Designer you will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform complex technology concepts into clear compelling visual stories. Through videos animations and graphics you will help our customers better understand our products making it easier for them to adopt and integrate our solutions into their own products.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end productionof high-quality video content to support customer onboarding and product integration
- Translate complex technical conceptsinto engaging visual stories in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering product managers and technical writers
- Edit and produce customer-cut videostailored to specific use cases products or audiences ensuring clarity consistency and brand alignment
- Design and develop supporting visual assets(including vector graphics and motion graphics)
- Lead quality control effortsacross all visual content to ensure precision consistency and visual excellence
- Creatinga video voice scriptbased on received information
- Stay current with emergingdesign video and AI toolsand proactively introduce new techniques to improve our creative workflows and impact
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts Computer Science or a related field
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Professional-level experiencein video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro and motion design in After Effects
- 2 years of hands-on experiencein video editing
- Advanced proficiencyin vector graphics (for example Adobe Illustrator with a strong focus on creating SVGs)
- Excellentcollaboration and communication skills
- Strongtime management and prioritization skills; able to independently manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Familiarity withvideo production workflows including codecs file formats rendering and compression best practices
- Exceptional attention to detailand a high standard for quality consistency and brand alignment across all visual outputs
- Ability tointerpret and incorporate feedback with a strong iterative design process
- A proactive solution-oriented mindset and an interest inemerging tools and trendsin design video and creative technologies
Nice to have:
- Professional-level experience in video editing using DaVinci Resolve
- Interest in or exposure toAI-enhanced creative toolsto improve efficiency and innovation in visual media
- Passion for audio and video technology is a big plus
