Responsibilities Duties and Tasks:
-Develops creative concepts and ideas for visual communication projects.
-Designs various promotional materials for Communication and Employer Branding such as job adverts flyers posters brochures for print and digital formats.
-Prepares files for professional printing ensuring proper color and resolution.
-Creates and edits photo and video materials.
-Uses graphic design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Premiere) and others.
-Provides creative input in Employer Branding campaigns in terms of visual concept and relevant message formulation depending on the targeted audience segment.
-Works closely with clients colleagues and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.
-Manages multiple projects simultaneously meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
-Ensures consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all design materials.
-Contributes to the development and maintenance of the Employer Branding strategy both locally and internationally.
