Corporate Tax Manager
Advise on direct tax matters primarily within the European Region (Europe and North Africa).

Key responsibilities
- Support or lead regional projects in collaboration with other functions;
- Support with integration of newly acquired companies within the Region;
- Provide technical tax analysis including OECD Pillar Two rules of various business and financial transactions within the Region;
- Manage and communicate tax implications of various business initiatives and investments as well as support with the implementation of the changes.
- Manage tax litigation within the Region;
- Support with M&A transactions;
- Support with various restructuring projects;
- Support projects / initiatives in other Regions if required and
- Support or lead global initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

Your profile
- 7 years of practical international tax experience from a tax function in an international company or a law or audit firm
- Experienced in navigating in a complex and international company with several stakeholders and a rapidly changing environment with tight deadlines
- Experience with Region tax landscape and managing a region with different tax rules etc.
- Experience with project management will be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in restructuring M&A and capex investment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform critical analysis prioritize and problem solve.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details but at the same time be able to provide advice and support concrete business decisions.
- Fluent in English.
