Job Description

Our client a renowned international law firm is seeking a Junior Associate with strong knowledge in ECM M&A and post-listing compliance work to join their Corporate Transactions practice in Hong Kong. This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative team player with strong technical expertise and a commercial mindset to grow within a firm known for developing top-tier legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of IPOs M&A deals and post-listing compliance matters
  • Draft prospectuses disclosures and other legal documentation
  • Conduct due diligence and provide legal opinions to clients
  • Liaise with counterparties and stakeholders throughout transactions
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members and engage in business development
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and departmental know-how

    Qualifications:

    • Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 1-2 years of PQE and having sold experience in ECM M&A (public and private) and compliance work at a reputable international law firm
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese fluency in Mandarin will be preferred
    • Strong drafting and negotiation skills is a must
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
