We are seeking a dedicated Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to work full-time for our private client based in Rhyl Flintshire. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start.
What will your responsibilities be
This role spans multiple settings including inpatient care Community Mental Health Teams (CMHT) low secure units and open rehabilitation services. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality psychiatric care conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating individualised treatment plans. The successful candidate must hold Section 12 approval and be an Approved Clinician. You will be expected to act as the Responsible Clinician (RC) participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ensure compliance with relevant mental health legislation and standards of care.
Qualifications and Experience:
Full GMC registration (essential)
Section 12 approval
Approved Clinician status
Experience in adult psychiatry across inpatient CMHT low secure and rehabilitation settings
Strong clinical and communication skills
