The opportunity
When you join as AI Specialist youll do more than just advise businesses youll collaborate with key decision-makers to help them make better choices. Our team is dedicated to leverage business expertise and cutting-edge technology to solve complex challenges facing our clients. We are currently expanding our capabilities in AI (incl. Generative AI) technologies and are looking for a skilled AI specialist to join our dynamic team which works with both public sector institutions and major private companies in the Baltics and beyond.
Your key responsibilities
- Use your knowledge in AI Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics technologies and solutions to advise our clients how to best solve their business challenges.
- Support the AI team in the design and development of machine learning models and AI applications.
- Shaping recommendations and roadmaps for the full-scale rollouts of AI solutions.
- Understanding the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure EY remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Provide expertise in machine learning natural language processing computer vision and other AI disciplines.
Attributes to thrive in the role
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Statistics or a related field with coursework or projects in AI or machine learning.
- Demonstrated interest and passion for AI as evidenced by personal projects internships or academic research.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
- Strong programming skills in Python R or other relevant languages.
- Familiarity with AI principles frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch etc.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
