Work Arrangement: On-site
Working Hours: Full-time 8h/day (rotating shifts Mon-Sun)

Were seeking a talented Team Leader fluent in Polish and English to take charge of a dynamic Trust & Safety team in Sofia. Help shape the digital landscape by mentoring a group that keeps online communities safe and supportive!
What Youll Do:
- Lead motivate and support your team in content review and trust & safety operations
- Monitor KPIs coach team members and foster a positive performance-driven culture
- Ensure content meets policy guidelines and community standards
- Liaise with management sharing feedback and best practices
- Provide hands-on training during a comprehensive 4-week onboarding
Who You Are:
- Fluent in Polish and English (spoken & written)
- Previous experience in a team lead or coaching role (content moderation or customer service preferred)
- Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills
- Approachable empathetic and team-focused
- Ready for a fast-paced international environment
