Location: On-site in Lisbon Portugal Full-Time Italian (C1) & English (B2) Required

Your Role:

Provide technical support to sales teams and customers regarding software and hardware tools

Assist with product configuration onboarding and troubleshooting

Guide clients and internal teams on product features updates and integrations

Collaborate with engineers product managers and sales representatives to ensure seamless user experience

Track and resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction
What You Bring:

Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2);

Experience in tech support customer service or pre-sales roles

Solid understanding of software SaaS tools or IT systems

Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills
