About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused French-speaking Payment Specialist to join our team remotely in Portugal. As part of the payments operations department you will play a key role in processing transactions resolving payment-related issues and ensuring smooth and secure financial operations for our French-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process incoming and outgoing payments in compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.

Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and transaction failures.

Provide top-tier support to French-speaking customers regarding billing and payment inquiries.

Collaborate with internal departments such as Customer Support and Finance to ensure seamless operations.

Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions and support documentation.
Requirements:

Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.

Good command of English.

Prior experience in payments finance or customer support is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Must be currently residing in Lisbon or Porto (or surrounding areas) and have the right to work in Portugal.
