JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Management
- Support the development and execution of strategic plans action plans and performance assessments in alignment with company-wide goals and frameworks like Hoshin MTBP and GPM.
2. KPI / KRI Governance & Budgeting Oversight
- MTBP budgeting process and corporate KPI / KRI setting including regular monitoring and analysis of performance metrics across all timeframes.
3. Corporate Reporting & Business Analysis
- Consolidate and deliver insightful management reports and presentations integrating financial and operational performance data to support executive decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the key liaison for internal divisions and external stakeholders supporting corporate presentations / events strategic communications and initiatives such as business ventures or acquisitions.
5. Strategic Projects & Future Growth Initiatives
- Support and lead special projects including profit-visualization and mid-term value chain expansion strategies while managing ad-hoc reporting and corporate exercises.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any equivalent qualification or Professional Qualification (e.g. ACCA CIMA CFA & etc).
- Minimum 8 10 years of working experience in related fields.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
- Strong command in Microsoft Excel Power Point and Words.
- Knowledge in Data Analysis Tools would be an extra advantage.
- Willing to travel if needed.
