Responsibilities:
- Drive the corporate sales and marketing function by maximizing current opportunities and exploring new ways to develop the business.
- Manage social media platforms and generate business leads.
- Create brand awareness through social media campaigns.
- Oversee offline communication channels.
- Manage promotional campaigns on social media.
- Conduct research on market and customer trends perform competitor analysis and conduct customer questionnaires and focus groups to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Develop and present ideas and strategies.
- Write and proofread creative copy as needed.
- Manage all operations associated with corporate communications and public relations.
- Attend workshops and trade fairs related to travel products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- A qualification in Digital Marketing would be an added advantage (APIDM).
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Experience with B2C social media Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g. DART Atlas).
- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight WebTrends etc.).
- Skills and experience in creative content writing.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field.
