WHAT YOU DO
As the Yolan General Manager you run the day-to-day operations of the hotel restaurant ensuring a seamless experience for guests and a strong foundation for your team. You oversee everything from inventory and scheduling to vendor relations and cost control all while setting a high bar for service and hospitality. Youre not just in the back office managing numbersyoure on the floor supporting your staff jumping in where needed and setting the pace. You lead through coaching with regular feedback training and team development as part of your daily rhythm. You work closely with the kitchen bar and hotel leadership to ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments. From building relationships with VIPs to keeping financial performance on track you make sure the restaurant not only runs wellbut stands out.
