Senior Consultant and Assistant Manager Third Party Risk Management

The opportunity
In this service line you will advance your career in third-party risk management utilizing specialized tools to conduct analysis and advise clients on enhancing their risk management frameworks. Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with clients to implement third-party risk management projects under the guidance of your managers.
- Leverage EY methodologies and best practices to identify and evaluate high-risk third parties effectively.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of potential risks associated with third parties.
- Execute thorough evaluations of third parties in line with industry best practices ensuring that all assessments uphold EYs quality standards to provide a detailed risk profile to produce due diligence reports.
- Foster innovation in service delivery ensuring compliance with the firms quality and risk management protocols.
- Assist managers in developing business proposals for both existing and prospective clients within the third-party risk management domain.
- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives including learning and development (L&D) programs knowledge sharing and practice enhancement under managerial supervision.
- Take ownership of project execution working independently or as part of a team as dictated by the work plan.
- Mentor and train junior team members to facilitate their professional development.
- Oversee and review the work of subordinates providing constructive feedback prior to the submission of deliverables to managers or clients.
- Adhere to the EY code of conduct values and quality standards.

- Keep abreast with developments in business related areas and assist team leaders/managers in preparing client decks/documents.
- Sector focus (deep understanding of the various industries trends issues/challenges & key players) based on the industry group alignment
To qualify for the role you must have
- A bachelors degree in business risk Management engineering or other relevant degrees
- Professional qualifications (e.g. PMP PMP-RMP CISA CFE CAP Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate PowerBI IRM etc) will have an added advantage.
- Senior Consultant: At least 3 years experience in advising clients in various sectors on risk management and third-party risk management cycle awareness of supply chain mechanisms
- Assistant Manager: At least 5 years experience in advising clients in various sectors on risk managementand third-party risk management cycle awareness of supply chain mechanisms
- Data analytics skills is a great advantage
- Exhibit flexibility to adapt to multiple cultures / sectors and display agility and diversity
- Demonstrate capability of being a quick learner of business processes models EY methodologies with an analytical bend of mind
- Display a structured thought process and problem-solving skills. Ability to do problem break down and analysis
