Job Description
Position Summary:
Hillenbrand is looking for a Treasury Manager to join our team remotely. As a Treasury Manager you will be responsible for domestic cash management global debt management cash forecasting foreign exchange hedging strategy and operations cash positioning and reporting analyzing and managing bank services analyzing and implementing new technologies and other financial functions. This role gives you unique insight to the treasury department of a multi-national organization with the ability to work collaboratively with team members across the globe.
Work Youll Do:
Manage the centralized cash management functions of the Company and operating subsidiaries which includes standardized policies and procedures funds movement investments and borrowings
Identify monitor and satisfy the banking service needs of the Company and operating subsidiaries including familiarity with new and emerging banking products
Collaborate with Corporate Tax Department and co-lead annual cash repatriation program
Manage and improve the cash forecasting process for N.A. entities and collaborate with APAC and EMEA Treasury and operating entities to consolidate global data
Manage the debt covenant compliance process
Administer and co-manage the treasury workstation relationship maintain working knowledge of enhancements and functionalities of the system
Manage the letter of credit portfolio
Develop enhance and manage the companys foreign exchange hedging strategies and operations
Responsible for global balance sheet hedging program including identifying currency hedging opportunities executing hedge transactions and reporting hedging results
Responsible for net investment hedging program including providing month-end interest expense accruals to corporate accounting team providing quarter end mark-to-market valuation and leading cash settlement process
Work closely with Corporate FP&A team to create required financial analysis financial statements interpretations and financial projections to support financing activities and meetings with banking group and rating agencies
Monitor the performance of the Companys key treasury services providers including banking partners and workstation platform providers and implement new products and services to ensure dependable secure services and a reasonable cost
Support M&A due diligence and integration efforts as needed
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or similar
4 years of corporate treasury experience
CTP CPA or MBA required
FX hedging experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
CTP preferred
Global/multi-national experience preferred
Experience with M&A activity preferred
Experience working with FP&A function
Leadership or management experience preferred
