When it comes to where you work we know youve got choicesheres what we provide:
- Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
- Up to $18.25 per hour with NADSP DSP certification(s)
- Position Status: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 am- 4:00 pm

Responsibilities
Heres what to expect as a Coordinator:
- Plan instruction & group activities that focus on developing functional communication and social/recreational skills.
- Develop weekly schedules for staff and individuals with an emphasis on individual skill development personal interests and community interaction.
- Assist in the development implementation and monitoring of Individual Program Plans.
- Provide information and assist individuals in self-advocacy and decision-making regarding living work and social relationships.
- Help the individuals in identifying their needs for community supports and work to initiate community connections.
- Research develop and maintain community information and other resources relevant to the needs of the individuals.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements as a Coordinator:
- 6 Months of previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Direct Care Worker Experience
- A valid drivers license and 6 months driving experience
- 18 years of age
- Access to a vehicle with valid insurance registration and inspection
- Ability to communicate read write and understand the English language
Preferred but not required:
- Associates Degree or technical certification preferred
- 2 Years or more of previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) or Direct Care Worker experience
