Job Description
Role: RN-Med/Surgical
Location: Canton GA 30115
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12 hr Nights
Schedule: 36 hrs per week/3 days
Pay breakdown:
Hourly rate - $51 $16.39 taxable $ 34.61 non-taxable
Weekly Gross - $ 1836.04 $590.04 taxable $ 1246.00 stipend
Job Summary:
- The RN in Med-Surg delivers comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with diverse medical conditions. Key responsibilities include patient assessment medication administration wound care IV therapy monitoring vital signs pain management documentation collaborating with the healthcare team educating patients/families and supporting discharge planning.
- The RN ensures patient safety and responds promptly to changes in condition in a fast-paced high-acuity environment.
Requirements:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and NIH Certification required
- Preferred: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant specialty required.
