The position of a DNB General Surgeon Consultant in Kadi Gujarat is essential for providing high-quality surgical care and specialized services within the healthcare facility. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform surgical procedures with precision and expertise in various surgical disciplines.

- Design and implement appropriate treatment plans for surgical patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including anesthesiologists nurses and specialists.
- Monitor patients post-operative recovery and manage any complications that arise.
- Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-operative care.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss patient care protocols and improvements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Supervise and mentor junior surgical staff and residents.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits.
- Conduct research and publish findings in reputable medical journals.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations in surgical practices.
- Represent the medical institution in professional medical meetings and conferences.
**Required Qualifications:**
- DNB or equivalent degree in General Surgery.
- State medical license to practice in Gujarat.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in surgical practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing a wide variety of surgical procedures.
- Strong understanding of pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
- Familiarity with surgical instruments and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and lead other medical staff.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
- Experience in teaching or mentorship roles is preferred.
- Ability to handle medical emergencies and make critical decisions.
