You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAre you a seasoned Epicor expert with a passion for helping businesses transform their operations Our client is a fast-growing ERP consulting firm seeking a full-time Epicor Operations Consultant to join their team. This role offers a unique mix of remote flexibility and in-person client engagement (up to 75% travel) and is ideal for professionals with deep Epicor implementation experience and exceptional client-facing skills.
Lead discovery sessions and Epicor process mapping with clients.
Design and configure Epicor ERP systems to align with clients current and future-state processes.
Create and deliver Business Process Reviews (BPRs) including documentation and presentations.
Develop functional requirement documents and translate business needs into ERP solutions.
Build test and implement fully functional Epicor systems including advanced modules.
Guide clients through UAT cutovers and post-go-live support.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training sessions.
Provide demos and support sales/marketing initiatives as needed.
At least 5 full-cycle Epicor ERP implementations.

Quoting Sales Orders Job Management Shipping Purchasing & Receiving
MRP Inventory Management Advanced Production & Scheduling
Shop Floor MES and Handhelds (Kinetic Warehouse)
DMT (Data Management Tool) for data migration
Quality Management and CRM modules
Engineering & BOM configuration across verticals
Job costing and Material Fulfillment processes
Product Configurator
BarTender label printing software
UCC128/custom packing workflows
EDI experience
Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) Certification
Must maintain quarterly certification on Epicor Operations Technical Tools and Configurator.
Complete all PSA system documentation and time entries daily.
Work closely with Project Managers and adhere to PMO standards for deliverables.
Excellent communication escalation and stakeholder engagement skills are critical.
Must be willing to travel up to 75% to client sites and industry conferences.
Must have current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship offered now or in the future).
