We are seeking a highly experienced Epicor Kinetic Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise to assist with a full-scale Epicor Kinetic implementation. This is a full-time remote contract position lasting 60 90 days focusing on go-live support system optimization and hands-on troubleshooting across departments.
You ll work closely with internal teams and end users to ensure the ERP system is fully functional and tailored to business needs during a critical phase of the implementation lifecycle.
Provide hands-on go-live support and post-go-live stabilization for Epicor Kinetic
Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine workflows and optimize performance
Build modify and troubleshoot Dashboards BAQs and SSRS/Crystal Reports
Configure and support Epicor Business Process Management (BPM) and Workflow Automation
Offer guidance on best practices for data integrity security and system usability
Address real-time user issues change requests and system behaviors as they arise
Train end users on Epicor functionality dashboards and reporting tools
Ensure alignment with business processes in areas such as manufacturing inventory finance and order processing
5 years of experience with Epicor ERP with at least 2 years focused on Epicor Kinetic
Proven experience supporting Epicor go-lives and post-implementation phases
Strong knowledge of both technical (BPM BAQ dashboards SSRS/Crystal) and functional (modules workflows user roles) aspects
Familiarity with Epicor REST API and basic scripting preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
