Job Description

Job Title: HRIS Consultant
Experience Required: 5 Years (with a minimum of 2 years in Oracle Fusion)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled HRIS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HR Core Absence Management Reports HDL template creation and data spreadsheet loaders. The ideal candidate should possess techno-functional skills and have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in at least two of the areas mentioned above.
As an HRIS Consultant you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our HRIS applications particularly Oracle Fusion while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth implementation and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and contribute to Oracle Fusion HR Core and Absence Management implementations.
  • Develop and manage reports HDL templates and data spreadsheet loaders to streamline HR processes.
  • Provide techno-functional support bridging business requirements with technical solutions in Oracle Fusion.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HRIS applications.
  • Collaborate with the HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient use of HR systems.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Oracle Fusion HR Core and Absence Management expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with HDL templates and data spreadsheet loaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS applications and related reporting.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion (HR Core/Absence Management).
  • At least one end-to-end implementation project experience from requirement gathering to go-live.
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge or experience with SAP or SuccessFactors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new HRIS applications quickly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
