We are looking for a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join Karla Divine Real Estate a leading company in the real estate industry. As a Leasing Consultant you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their leasing needs providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high occupancy rates for our properties. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of leasing projects collaborate with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
This role is vital to our companys success as you will be responsible for attracting and retaining tenants conducting property tours processing lease applications and maintaining positive relationships with current and prospective tenants. As a Leasing Consultant at Karla Divine Real Estate you will have the chance to showcase your excellent communication skills attention to detail and passion for real estate all while working from the comfort of your home in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with leasing inquiries and provide information about available properties.
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features and amenities.
- Process lease applications conduct background checks and prepare lease agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with tenants and update leasing databases.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures including inspections and key exchanges.
- Respond to tenant concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop leasing strategies and promotional materials.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of real estate leasing laws and regulations.
- Experience in customer service or sales roles is a plus.
