What is the Client Service Specialist responsible for
We are seeking a Client Service Specialist who will primarily focus on the operational set-up of new SMA accounts account transition analysis and transaction request follow-up primarily for the Retail and Financial Advisor Services. This individual may also have some relationship management responsibilities. The successful candidate will be considered a problem-solving partner for our clients and our sales team. The need for this hire is driven by the growth with our Canvas offering in the Retail space. Canvas is a revolutionary Custom Indexing platform designed to improve the relationship between asset managers and allocators.
What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Client Service Specialist
Develop operational and account onboarding expertise.
Ability to effectively problem solve in a timely manner.
Must maintain a strong working relationship with both internal and external clients.

What ideal qualifications skills & experience would help someone to be successful
Bachelors Degree
2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
Previous experience working in financial services and/or an asset management firm required.
Experience working for a direct indexing provider in a client service or operational capacity a plus.
Along with base compensation other compensation is offered such as a discretionary bonus 401k plan health insurance and other perks. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location job-related knowledge skills and experience. At Franklin Templeton we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation. We expect the salary for this position to range between USD $74000 $80000.
