Primary role: Conduct ground school training for initial recurrent and differences training for Phenom 100 & 300 in accordance with approved training programs.

Ground training duties include:

  • Lecture type delivery (PowerPoint)

  • Avionics/ Systems Integration

  • Procedures Training

  • Avionics Differences Training

  • Systems & Performance Reviews (Practice Oral)

Additional Duties:

  • Complete Clients training records.

  • Seat support (for clients requiring a second crew member).

  • Provide input on opportunities for improvement with courseware.

  • Review and update written tests and Computer-based exam questions.

  • Train new instructors as necessary.

  • Additional duties as required by the Training Manager.

Required as a ground instructor:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Good public speaking qualities

  • Mentor for the clients

  • Work nights and weekends

  • Must be familiar with multi engine jets

  • Ground school experience is preferred

  • Strong Communication & Presentation skills required.
