Job description
The On-site System Engineer will provide technical support and user administration within Teleperformance Nordic IT.
Working with applications/systems to undertake analysis diagnosis and resolution of problems which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues. There is also a range of administration duties within this role.
Coverage includes the TP sites in the Nordic region as well as remote users and users at clients offices and home workers.
Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests from on-site staff.
Provide technical support across hardware software networks and user accounts.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops desktops mobile devices printers and peripherals.
Install configure and maintain workstations and IT equipment.
Manage user account provisioning access rights and permissions.
Document changes policies and procedures in accordance with company standards.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Collaborate with central IT teams on infrastructure network and system projects.
Monitor system performance logs and alerts to ensure reliability and security.
Support infrastructure automation initiatives and participate in technical development projects.
Participate in IT compliance GDPR and security policy tasks as needed.
Ensure that employees adhere to IT usage policies and best practices.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes from an IT perspective.
Ensure a secure and updated working environment for all on-site users.
Travel to local or regional sites if necessary (drivers license required).
Linux server management
Virtual server platform management
Proven experience in IT support system administration or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
Experience with Bash scripting and Python for automation and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible.
Familiarity with VMware or other virtualization platforms.
Solid understanding of networking concepts system monitoring and IT security.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
Valid Class B Drivers License required.

Excellent skills in English communication in writing and speaking

The position is located at Stockholm office (no remote work). Initial probationary period of 6 month.
