Overview
The Account Manager ensures smooth coordination between the client and consulting team by managing day-to-day communication reporting schedules service requests and benefit plan administration support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and triage client queries regarding benefits administration documentation and complex claims
- Schedule and coordinate all meetings reporting cycles and communications between clients and carriers
- Maintain accurate documentation for plan changes negotiations and client history
- Support preparation of renewal reports quarterly updates and carrier summaries
- Assist in benefits communication rollout including employee-facing documents
Tool-Assisted Functions
- Automate scheduling follow-ups and status reminders using Calendly Trello or Asana
- Use HubSpot or Zoho CRM to manage ticketing interactions and reporting pipelines
- Trigger reporting workflows from data tools like Castmagic Zapier or PDF generators
Qualifications
- 3 years of client-facing experience in insurance consulting or employee benefits
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM and task management tools
- Clear professional communication skills both verbal and written
