Skylift has an open position for human resources and administrative generalist. The position will be responsible for human resources programs and services including recruitment onboarding employee relations benefits administration performance management and compliance with employment laws. Administrative functions will include stocking of office supplies and scheduling of office cleaning. This position will champion company policy culture and values.
Education & Experience:
5 years or more of relevant experience.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process: job postings screening resumes scheduling interviews.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee records including employee attendance time cards disciplinary injuries and workers comp process.
Support benefits enrollment employee inquiries and open enrollment processes.
Administer HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Participate in performance review and employee development processes.
Manage employee training and educational programs (including TechCred).
Address employee concerns provide guidance on HR policies and escalate issues when necessary.
Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain workplace safety programs and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Monitor and stock office supplies.
This position is subject to successfully completing and passing a pre-employment drug screen and a background check.
