About you
Further advance your administration career within our newest contract Regional Maintenance Provider West (RMP-West) Program. Using your strong analytical and problem solving skills youll identify improvement opportunities within your role and the team. In addition your excellent software skills will see you providing efficient and accurate support to the team.
About the Role
This administration position is key to the smooth running of the RMP West team. In this role you will manage all documentation incoming and outgoing on the secure defence network. Also youll manage the processing of Trade Controls by way of document management including the correct storage of all documentation.
You will have sound administration and systems skills and ideally within a maintenance or similar industry. Youll be a team player with a solution focus to challenges faced.
As our Maintenance Administrator on site youll add to the continued improvement of processes to see RMP West deliver highly accurate data and best practice processes on the contract.
This role is based at Henderson WA.
Essential to this role you must either hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an appropriate level as per role requirements and hold a valid Construction Induction Card (White Card).
