Job Summary

Position: Maintenance Mechanic

NARIK CONSULTING LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a Maintenance Mechanic you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper functioning and upkeep of our companys facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of company facilities and equipment to identify any maintenance needs or potential issues
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication filter changes and equipment adjustments
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical and plumbing systems as needed
Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks based on urgency
Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance services
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on new equipment and maintenance techniques

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent technical or trade school certification preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field
Strong knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Proficient in using hand and power tools
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests
