The Credit Collections Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer collections are received according to agreed payment terms. This role performs Business to Business collections while working with management and sales to deliver consistent customer service while reaching and exceeding monthly goals and company objectives.
This position reports to the Credit and Collections Team Lead and is part of the Finance Team located in Brea CA and will be an onsite role.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
Improve Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) to current company monthly/yearly goal and resolve any invoice discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure payment is received appropriately.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure positive customer relationship by managing accounts with professionalism and accuracy and convert account status through ACH/Checks credit card payments and electronic invoicing.
Adhere to company policies and procedures and Sox compliance including relevant laws and regulations related to Account Receivables.
The essential requirements of the job include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
2 years of previous credit and collections experience
Basic Microsoft Excel skills
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Working with customers in the healthcare hospital or distribution setting
Working knowledge of sales/use tax

The hourly range for this role is $24.00 - $26.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
