Description- The Systems Development Engineering Manager will develop modify and execute policies to ensure the organizations software applications are effective efficient and provide a seamless experience for end-users. They translate drive and implement the strategy and success of larger projects contributing to the strategic vision in softwaredevelopment projects and providing guidance for the entire development lifecycle. They oversee teams whose goal is to lead the design development troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems infrastructure including servers networks storage systems and software components and establish objectives policies and procedures. They frequently advise teams on moderately complex matters relating to the development integration and implementation of application components of web-centric applications.
- The ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Manager is a member of the Digital Employee Experience team and responsible for unlocking the value of the ServiceNow HRSD product. This role will shape product strategy and manage the deployment team responsible for execution of activities relating to design delivery and improvement of digital products that empower Sherwin-Williams employees globally.
- The incumbent will deliver technology services and solutions within our ServiceNow HRSD product and surrounding capabilities to implement and improve capabilities that include but are not limited to onboarding offboarding employee transitions case management knowledge management virtual agent manager hub and alumni portal.
- The Manager will partner with Product Owners Digital Employee Experience product teams Platform teams and business stakeholders to provide digital solutions align with enterprise employee experience initiatives and prioritize product roadmap initiatives.

This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days.

QualificationsEducation
- Bachelors degree or higher in the Information Technology (IT) field. In lieu of a degree at least 10 years of experience in IT
Skills and Experience
- 7 years of experience in IT
- 3 years of experience managing direct reports
Preferred
- 7 years experience in HR Technology with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD
- Demonstrated experience leading HRSD implementations including configuration and testing
- Expertise with configurations and integrations with Oracle HCM or equivalent platforms
