Job Description

Randolph Elementary is searching for a Behavior Specialist for the 2025-2026 school year. This person would be a part of a solid SEL team along with another Behavior interventionist and would have a paraprofessional working with them in the position. The position would support students and classrooms by helping with student regulation and with family outreach. This role would include proactive small and whole group lessons responding to behavior issues and working closely with our counselors and BCBA to help support individual behavior plans. Randolph Elementary is a close supportive school environment with staff and administrators used to working together to support the needs of students and our staff.
