Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team and make a lasting impact in the lives of individuals and families. As a BCBA you will coordinate and deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services including functional behavior assessments behavior intervention plans and adaptive life skills training. You will provide clinical oversight and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams and ensure top-quality care in accordance with industry standards and funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct supervision and mentoring to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCaBAs
  • Collaborate with families educators and healthcare professionals to integrate services (IEPs ISPs)
  • Maintain accurate timely documentation in compliance with funder and regulatory requirements
  • Adhere to clinical policies BACB guidelines HIPAA laws and accreditation standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members families and stakeholders through reports and meetings
  • Participate actively in team meetings training and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required with active licensure or certification
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology or related field

  • Strong expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) functional analysis behavior acquisition and reduction strategies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to supervise train and support RBTs and other clinical staff
  • Knowledge of HIPAA state and federal regulations and accreditation standards
  • Strong organizational time management and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient with technology and data management systems related to clinical documentation

Physical & Work Environment

  • Must be in good physical condition to support client needs and perform essential duties
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for client visits and meetings
