What You ll Be Doing:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum
- Follow individualized behavior plans with empathy and accuracy
- Work closely with experienced BCBAs and a compassionate clinical team
- Collect and input session data using modern user-friendly tools
What We re Looking For:
- Current RBT certification
- 1 years of direct ABA therapy experience preferred
- A deep passion for the autism community and evidence-based care

Proof of high school diploma or transcripts. A valid driver's license with proof of car insurance, a good driving record and your own reliable vehicle. An unstoppable passion for excellence and an unquestionable commitment to those we serve. Must be able to react quickly and respond to sudden movements of the client Must be able to walk and stand 75% of the work day Must be able to bend, kneel, squat, crawl and sit on the floor throughout the work day or for an extended period of time. Must be able to quickly move short distances (up to 100 ft) to engage with the client. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Willingness to commute to and from client homes and or clinics within 30 mins in each direction to provide services
