Department Overview
The Department of Pediatric Hospital Medicine (PHM) at Childrens Minnesota is one of the largest departments. We are dedicated to managing the care of hospitalized infants children and teenagers providing 24/7/365 on-site service at both the Minneapolis and St. Paul hospital campuses. We are committed to delivering high-value evidence-based family-centered care while striving to promote the health and equity of all children both within our hospital walls and across broader health systems.
Position Summary
As a Hospitalist APP you will play a crucial role in managing the care of hospitalized patients from admission to discharge. You will work independently and in collaboration with physician hospitalists to provide comprehensive assessments and create medical plans of care. You will gain diverse clinical experiences from covering patients in Acute Care units the Infant Care Center and serving as the primary team for a wide array of specialty patients such as endocrinology eating disorders gastroenterology pulmonology nephrology infectious disease cardiology general surgery urology ENT and psychiatry.
