As a key member of our Telecom Infrastructure Solutions (TIS) Business youll drive the growth of our data centre business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact role where youll lead business development efforts build partnerships and work closely with technical teams to deliver winning solutions to top-tier telecom clients. Some of the main responsibilities:
- Champion Deltas datacentre solutions Sales across the Saudi market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients partners and system integrators.
- Lead pre-sales activities and collaborate with technical experts to craft compelling proposals.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Develop and manage a robust partner ecosystemrecruit train and motivate.
- Own and exceed sales targets for datacentre solutions in the telecom sector.
- Provide market feedback and insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications :
- 5 years in business development or sales within data centre infrastructure (power/cooling).
- Proven track record in consultative selling and managing complex projects.
- Experience in partner development and ecosystem building.
- Background in IT infrastructure electrical or mechanical industries.
- Deep understanding of datacentre architectures and customer needs.
- Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Fluent in English and French; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
