Resolve customer invoice queries proactively contacting customers via telephone and email to ensure invoices are paid to agreed payment terms
Manage customer interactions via telephone and email ensuring our customers expectations are always appropriately met
Actively engage with internal departments such as Sales CustomerRelationship Management Customer Services and Finance where appropriate to ensure all of the above are achieved
Complete adhoc tasks in relation to the above when appropriate
Qualifications :
Apprenticeship Qualification:
Completion of a Level 3 Business Admin qualification.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must have achieved GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English or be willing to complete this during the apprenticeship.
Apprentices must have achieved a pass at GCSE/Level 2 in Maths and English before they can complete their final exams.
Providers for the chosen qualification may also set their own eligibility criteria that candidates must meet.

Familiar with Google Workspace (GMail/GSheet) or Microsoft Office package (Word and Excel primarily)
Independently motivated with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
