What Youll Be Working On:
All of the data you could want is readily available for you to capture and use in the right way. You will be utilising CRM data to develop and implement personalised marketing strategies focusing on targeting specific customer segments with tailored communications based on their behaviours preferences and lifecycle stages across CFD and stockbroking. You will oversee the management and optimisation of CRM tools and systems such as Braze and Salesforce continuously improving the CRM infrastructure to support business goals.
You will be working alongside a talented supportive collaborative team of specialists that will provide opportunities to help you grow.
What Will Help You Be Successful:
- 3 years of experience in CRM management working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics Braze)and marketing automation tools
- Excellent analytical skills interpreting customer data and using insights to inform marketing strategies logical in your approach to segmentation
- Hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns with a focus on personalisation and targeted communication
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment managing multiple projects simultaneously and reacting to sudden operational changes in a responsive and adaptable way
