The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of sales strategy and sales targets by managing and integrating all territories within an assigned region through continuous training development and motivation of his/her sales team toward agreed objectives and the achievement of prescribed sales targets within an allocated budget to generate business growth achieve profitability and increase brand value. The primary role is to expand the Pilmico footprint in the large farms segment in the livestock industry.
Qualifications :
Education:
At least a graduate of any 4-year business-related course and with a degree in Veterinary Medicine or Animal Science is an advantage.
Experience:
At least 2 years working experience in the large farm segment in Visayas in an RSM capacity or 4 years sales experience in any industry.
Project management experience of at least 2 years
Additional Information :
Area of assignment: Whole Visayas
Aside from leading the sales and technical teams in penetrating the large farm market the candidate should develop innovative business models support programs to establish partnership with the input suppliers and market for our customers produce
