At JDE Peets were driven by our passion for coffee tea and the moments that matter. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Payroll and Data Lead to join our HR team on a full-time contract position. This role can be based at our North Sydney or Banksmeadow offices with at least one day per week in our North Sydney Head office plus we support hybrid working arrangements.
As the Payroll and Data Lead you will own the governance and delivery of local benefits payroll and people data reporting. Youll work closely with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate timely and compliant payroll operations. Youll also support key HR programs and provide workforce insights that guide strategic people decisions.
