Support Worker Day Shifts 12.50 per hour Full-Time Empowering Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Support Worker to join their dedicated day team. This full-time role is based in a bright modern home designed to support adults with learning disabilities to live fulfilling independent lives.

The service takes pride in offering more than just care it creates opportunities for each individual to reach their full potential with a strong emphasis on dignity choice and empowerment.

As a Support Worker youll be part of a close-knit supportive team providing high-quality person-centred care throughout the day. Whether its assisting with daily routines encouraging independence or enabling people to enjoy new experiences youll play a vital part in helping others live life on their own terms.

What Theyre Looking For

  • Experience as a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker
  • Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or above)
  • A genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities
  • Patience empathy and strong communication skills
  • A proactive team-focused attitude
  • Commitment to promoting dignity choice and independence
