Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your system engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in coordinating the system engineering studies for the project and leading the efforts carried out by both On-Shore and Off-Shore teams during the migration phase. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (e.g. Client representatives partners sub-systems and third parties) interface on-site with stakeholders to define the migration of the transport system and much more.

Well look to you for:

• Ensuring the coordination and execution of system engineering studies for the migration phase.

• Leading the On-Shore and Off-Shore engineering teams to achieve project objectives.

• Acting as the primary interface on site with the Client partners sub-systems and third parties regarding the transport system migration.

• Defining and managing technical requirements for the migration phase.

• Supporting risk analysis and mitigation strategies related to system migration.

• Driving alignment between project stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration.

• Ensuring compliance with safety quality and engineering standards throughout the migration.

• Monitoring project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.

• Degree in Engineering Systems Engineering or a related field.

• Experience or understanding of system migration processes in transportation or similar industries.

• Familiarity with project coordination in multi-disciplinary and international teams.

• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
