Job Description
We are looking to appoint:
- A qualifiedTA2 who values all children andhasexperience of successfully supporting teachers to raise standards
- A compassionatemember of staff who hasexperience in the delivery of adaptive teaching for all groups of learners particularly individuals with SEND
- An experienced TAwho has useda range of positive behaviour strategiessuccessfullyand built excellent relationships based on mutual respect.
- A team player who is committed to upholding the schools ethos reputation values and vision.
- A self-motivated and organised TA who has excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in partnership with the year group team the school and all stakeholders.
- A creative and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude towards solution focused outcomes.
- A professional who is committed to the safeguarding of all pupils andhasan understanding of the KCSIE documents.
