Job responsibility Span of control: National No. of reports (direct & indirect)- if any NA Key Customer External Customers Internal Product & Marketing Sales CSO Finance HR Technology etc. Necessary Preferred Skills Telecom experience Qualification BEMBA Preferably top institutes Overall Work Experience 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in telecom industry Behavioural Attributes
Responsible for Usage monitoring and enhancement -
- Deep Understanding of call center operations (Process Designs; Directions to staff on what to do and how to improve)
- Maturity to manage multiple processes and Telecalling set up;
- Ability to manage the complaints and request of low Revenue base and close looping with varied stakeholders;
- Proactively Anticipate the potential gaps and concerns and intervene in timely manner to bridge gaps;
- Works closely with Usage Lead to get the campaigns executed in timely manner;
- Manages Vendor and leverages vendor to bring value to UnR function.
- Share Reports/Dashboards on all processes handled in timely manner.
