We are looking for a fired up sous chef to join our team. If you enjoy working in a busy vibrant environment were we prioritise fresh homemade sourdough pizza get in touch today.
Set across two floors and overlooking the bustling Barbican harbour there are views of the water from just about every table as well as tonnes of allfresegn. Famed for our mouthwatering range of handcrafted sourdough pizzas loaded with quality regional ingredients we also offer an extensive selection of superb West Country ciders and craft beers. Pull up a chair grab yourself a pint of the good stuff and enjoy some of the best waterside views in Plymouth.
Other duties will include managing stock via ordering weekly counts and training of other chefs on specs. You will also assist the Head Chef with managing rotas invoicing and recruitment while all the time leading from the front in the main kitchen by serving some great pizzas!
