Position: Reservations Supervisor (Cebu) Onsite
Work Setup: Onsite in Cebu City
Shift: No Fixed Schedule
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in reservations customer service or within a call center environment
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience with GDS systems
- Sales experience
- Previous employment in the BPO industry
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the reservations team conduct daily briefings and facilitate training sessions
- Operations Management: Oversee daily reservation activities including responding to inbound calls for inquiries bookings modifications and cancellations
- Customer Service: Deliver prompt and accurate assistance to guests inquiries complaints and requests ensuring a high standard of service
- Performance Monitoring: Track team productivity ensure adherence to service standards and maintain overall quality to meet performance goals
