Job Description
Position: Female Banquet Supervisor - Arabic Speaker
We are currently seeking a Female Banquet Supervisor who is fluent in Arabic to join at a luxury 5-star hotel in Doha Qatar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in banquet or event management and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. As a Banquet Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of events and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all banquet operations including set-up service and breakdown
- Ensure that all events are executed according to the clients specifications and company standards
- Train and supervise banquet staff including servers bartenders and support staff
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients responding to their needs and requests promptly
- Monitor and control banquet expenses including labor equipment and supplies
- Conduct pre-event meetings with clients to ensure all details are confirmed and understood
- Conduct post-event evaluations and address any issues or concerns with clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless event experience for clients
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and event planning
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: QAR3500
- 18 Annual Leaves 11 Public Holidays 1 Birthday Off
- Vacation Ticket Allowance provided annually
- Alternate 2- & 1-Day offs weekly (6 days in a month)

- Accommodation: Barwa Madinatna (Single room)
